Mairin McCarthey has loved make-up for as long as she can remember. From getting into her mother’s stash as a child to experimenting with the latest trends in middle school (hello crimped hair and bronzer!), make-up has always played a major role in Mairin’s life. She would frequently get her make-up done at department stores and then teach her friends about the newest products and techniques.

After working in public relations for five years, Mairin decided to pursue her true passion of becoming a make-up artist. In 2016, she graduated from Make-up Designory (MUD) where she specialized in beauty make-up and special effects.

Mairin loves making women feel beautiful, empowered and confident. She is always looking for new challenges and ways to improve her craft. When she isn’t playing with make-up, she enjoys traveling, hiking and cupcakes.
